How long will it take to get my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over R1299. For orders under R1299, standard shipping is a flat rate of R99.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this current moment we do not ship internationally, we ship nationwide in South Africa.

Are my personal and payment details safe?

Yes, our store is fully secure and uses encrypted checkout to protect your data.

How do I contact you?

Why was my payment declined?

Make sure your billing address matches the exact address on your Account statement. If it still fails, please contact your bank or try a different payment method.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Where do I type my discount code?

During checkout, look for the box that says "Discount Code" or "Promo Code," type it in, and click "Apply" before you pay.

What if I am charged twice for my order?

Don't worry! Double charges are usually just temporary authorization holds from your bank that disappear in a few days. If you see two actual charges on your statement, email us and we will fix it immediately.
